We take pride in our customer service experience and want to make your visit to Pensacola International Airport an outstanding travel experience. Our Information Desk is staffed with volunteers from the USO daily. The desk is located in the center of Level 2 of the Main Terminal.

Located on 1st level of Terminal on the south side or right hand side of curbside entrance.

Located near the restrooms on the concourse next to Gate 7 and on the second level pre-security

Pre-security location is next to security checkpoint
