Pensacola International Airport saw its best February ever! Processing a record 153,908 total passengers for the month. This was an increase of 9.55 percent compared to the 140,486 total passengers served in February of 2019. The current travel situation will likely affect our operations in the next few weeks. By staying the course though, we can continue to provide the best, safe travel experience for the traveling public.

Passenger growth at Pensacola International Airport continues into the New Year with another increase of 3.74% in January, processing 145,896 total passengers compared to 140,632 total passengers in January 2019.

Pensacola International Airport passenger processing remains strong as December served a total of 179,623 passengers; a 4.27% increase over 2018 or 7.13% growth year-over-year for the month.

Pensacola International Airport served 163,155 total passengers for the month of November 2019, a decrease of 1.23% compared to 165,180 total passengers in November 2018. The slight decrease in passenger traffic over last year is attributable to the abnormally large spike in November 2018 passenger traffic resulting from the immediate effects and recover efforts of October 2018’s Hurricane Michael affecting Panama City and counties just to the east of Pensacola. Passenger traffic for November 2019 is still 14.26% above the passenger traffic for November 2017.

Pensacola International Airport continues record-breaking passenger processing rates, service 192,229 total passengers for the month of October 2019, an increase of 12.11% compared to 171,469 total passengers serviced in October 2018. The holiday season is rapidly approaching and we appreciate the efforts of all who work to make air travel an easy and pleasant experience for those who fly PNS.

Pensacola International Airport continues on a record passenger processing rate service 181,729 total passengers for the month of September 2019, an increase of 15.82 percent compared to the 156,906 total passengers serviced in September 2018. We end Fiscal Year 2019 with yet another record: 2.2 million total passengers! We want to thank all of our regional partners for their efforts in keeping the economy strong and driving the demand for air transportation.

Pensacola International Airport celebrated a record August 2019 servicing 208,961 total passengers, an increase of 14 percent compared to the 183,618 total passengers in August 2018. This is the highest passenger count to date and an overall increase of 16 percent for year-to-date. Combined passenger load factor for the month is 80 percent.

Pensacola International Airport reported 226,042 total passengers for the month of July 2019, an increase of 11.36 percent compared to the 202,983 total passengers carried in July 2018, the highest month on record to date. The trend is leaning toward a record-breaking 2019! Combined passenger load factor for the month is 80 percent.

Pensacola International Airport reported 216,344 total passengers for the month of June 2019, an increase of 11 percent compared to the 194,068 total passengers carried in June 2018, the highest June on record. Combined passenger load factor for the month is 82 percent.

Pensacola International Airport reported 188,161 total passengers for the month of April 2019, an increase of 19 percent compared to the 158,791 total passengers carried in April 2018, the highest March on record. Combined passenger load factor for the month is 85 percent.

Pensacola International Airport reported 191,157 total passengers for the month of March 2019, an increase of 21.97 percent compared to the 156,731 total passengers carried in March 2018, the highest March on record. Combined passenger load factor for the month is 86 percent.

Pensacola International Airport reported 140,486 total passengers for the month of February 2019, an increase of 17 percent compared to the 122,939 total passengers carried in February 2018, the highest February on record. Combined passenger load factor for the month is 81 percent.
